Astera Cancer Care Welcomes Hudson Hematology-Oncology in Jersey City

Astera Cancer Care, an independent and physician-owned multi-specialty community oncology practice serving 12,000 new patients annually in New Jersey, is pleased to welcome Hudson Hematology-Oncology, a well-established practice located in Jersey City. 

As a result of the addition, widely known and well-respected hematologist-oncologists: Robert M. Gelfand, MD, Damanjit Ghuman, MD, Amit A. Patel, MD, and Vadim Zarubin, MD will join Astera Cancer Care. The providers will maintain their office at 377 Jersey Avenue, Suite 160, Jersey City, NJ 07302.

The new facility greatly expands Astera Cancer Care’s multidisciplinary cancer care footprint, providing the Jersey City community with access to high-quality patient-centered care close to where they live.

Astera Cancer Care provides coordinated services across the continuum of care from cancer diagnosis through active treatment, cure, and survivorship. The facility’s services include standard and advanced therapeutics, an array of radiation oncology treatment options, and a robust clinical trial platform.
