• "I found the staff to be very professional. Very impressed with Dr.Canavan. He was through explaining everything and answering all questions. Very surprised to find they had all records pertaining to the appointment even some I didn't have. He went over the results and explained them to me. He was respectful and did not rush the appointment. While I don't wish anyone needing these services but if you do consider this office and Dr.Canavan."

• "I recently visited Dr. Canavan’s office at Astera for a follow-up appointment I am always very impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a calm atmosphere. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, ensuring my paperwork was handled quickly. I didn’t have to wait long before being called in for my appointment. The nurse who took my vitals was courteous and thorough, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Canavan is an exceptional physician. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers all of my questions in a clear and understandable manner. He is extremely thorough and punctual. He provided a comprehensive examination and explained the next steps for my health plan in detail. The office is equipped with modern medical technology, which added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Scheduling follow-up appointments is always straightforward, and the staff provides clear instructions on any preparations needed for future visits.
