Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

 1 cup frozen berries

 ½ cup liquid of choice 

1 cup spinach 

½ frozen banana 

¼ cup protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt 

Directions 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixed.
