With a strong background in healthcare operations, Fatiima has successfully progressed from Office Manager to Operational Support Manager, and later to Regional Operations Director. In these past roles, she has led the opening of Oncology practices, onboarded Primary Care, Urology and Surgical groups, and developed SOPs to streamline operations. Fatiima specializes in training Office Managers and staff, ensuring they have the tools to manage daily operations efficiently. Additionally, she has played a key role in launching Internal Referral projects, collaborating with Project Managers and cross functional teams to enhance workflow processes. Fatiima's expertise extends to conducting Office Manager workshops, leading system implementations, and driving organizational success through structured training and leadership development.
