  • "I had my first consult with Dr. Farooq last week who greeted me with a friendly smile and firm handskake. He put me at ease by explaining in detail that my labwork showed I had iron deficiency from a very low hemoglobin count which resulted in severe anemia. He will treat me with iron infusion injections to increase production of red blood cells. I'm looking forward to my treatments and getting my energy back."
