We are excited to announce that Astera Cancer Care is expanding its services in the Toms River area! On October 1, 2024, we opened our new location at 601 Route 37 West, Suite 101, Toms River, NJ 08755. This new office will allow us to offer the same high-quality care you trust, even closer to home.
Our experienced team of physicians— including Dr. Seema Varma, who will begin practicing at this location immediately, and Dr. Bruno Fang and Dr. Brian Canavan—who will join in November, will provide expert oncology and hematology services at our new Toms River office.
Dr. Varma graduated from the University of Mumbai in India at the top of her class. She completed her residency and fellowship at Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Varma is dedicated to providing comprehensive care across the entire cancer treatment spectrum, offering patients the best treatment options and an added layer of support throughout their journey.
